    Implementation is priced from your plan, so it starts with the consultation or the action plan. The consultation is just a call, with no commitment. If you go ahead, what you paid for either is credited toward implementation.

    Your quote

    A fixed quote for everything you want set up: each company, account and application, who works on it and what it costs. Nothing starts until you agree to it.

  3. Step 3

    We set it up

    Much of the work we do in-house. Where a filing has to go through a local lawyer or accountant, one of our partners does it and we manage it. You can speak to any of them directly.

  4. Step 4

    We keep it running

    Bookkeeping, annual filings and renewals, for as long as you want us to.

How much does implementation cost?

It depends on what your plan contains: how many companies, accounts and applications, and in which countries. Setting up one company costs less than a structure across several jurisdictions. We quote a fixed price once the plan is agreed, before anything starts.

Do I have to book the call first?

Implementation is priced from your plan, so it starts with the consultation or the action plan. The consultation is just a call, with no commitment. If you then have us implement, the 549 € you paid for it is credited in full, and so is the 6,500 € for the action plan.

Who does the work?

Everything is handled under one roof. Much of it we do in-house. Where a filing has to go through a local lawyer or accountant, one of our 100+ partners does it, and we manage it. Before you start, you see who works on each part and what it costs.

Can I talk to the partners directly?

Yes. You can speak to any partner working on your structure, and we stay your one point of contact throughout.

Which countries do you work in?

94 jurisdictions across Europe, the Gulf, the Americas, the Caribbean, Africa and Asia-Pacific. We are present in Dubai, Florida and Cyprus, and have been setting up structures since 2022.

Do you keep the structure running afterwards?

If you want us to: bookkeeping, annual filings and renewals, so the structure stays in good standing.

Is all of this legal?

Yes. Everything we set up is legal and compliant — structures, treaties and residency programmes used as they were written.

What changes when we set it up

A plan is only as good as the order it is carried out in, and most of the risk sits between the steps: a bank that asks for a document the registry has not issued yet, a residency application that needs the company to exist first. When we carry out the plan, one team holds that sequence from start to finish.

Where a filing has to go through a local lawyer or accountant, one of our partners does it. We have worked with them before, so we get their fast track and their best rates, and every document is checked by us before it is filed. You can speak to them directly, and you never have to chase them yourself.
