Privacy Policy

1Scope

This policy applies to the Fondaco website, to enquiries, to webinars, to consultations, action plans and implementation, and to the services we provide.

The website is provided by Atlas Nexus LLC, Sharjah Media City, United Arab Emirates. A service booked through it is provided by the company named in the order form, which also handles the information needed to deliver that service, as this policy describes.

2What we collect

• Contact details — your name, email address and phone number, when you give them to us.
• Your situation — what you tell us in our forms, on the booking form and on calls: for example your citizenship, where you are tax resident, how you earn your money, ranges for your income and net worth, and what you plan to do.
• Documents — copies you send us so that we can deliver a service, such as your passport.
• Billing information — handled by third-party payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment and the details needed for our records. We do not store your full card number.
• Usage data — pages visited, the page that brought you to us, approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type.

3How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry.
• To register you for a webinar you sign up for, send you the access link and a reminder, and prepare it from the answers you choose to give after registering.
• To send you our new guides and webinar invitations by email when you subscribe, and to fit them to the first name, net worth range and phone number you choose to add.
• To prepare for and hold your consultation or your action plan calls, and to send you the summary or the plan.
• To deliver the services you buy, including filings and applications made for you.
• To take payment and keep financial records.
• To understand which pages bring people to us, and to improve the website.
• To email you about your enquiry, your consultation or a service you have bought.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

4Who else sees it

We share information with the providers who make the website and our services work: hosting and infrastructure, payment providers, scheduling, email and analytics. They receive only what they need in order to perform their function.

To deliver a service, we share what it needs with the people and bodies involved: the licensed professionals and registered agents we work with, and the government agencies, registries and banks the service is with.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

5Where it is held

Your information is stored and processed in the United States, and may be processed in other countries where our service providers and the professionals we work with operate. By using Fondaco you understand that your information will be handled outside your own country and under laws that may differ from your own.

6How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to reply to you, to deliver the services you asked for, and to meet our financial and legal record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner, as clause 7 sets out.

7Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it or delete it, and tell us to stop emailing you. Write to info@team.fondaco.co for any of these.

Deletion requests are honoured except where we are required to keep something, such as payment records. We will tell you if that applies.

8Cookies and analytics

This website, and the checkout and booking tools on it, use cookies and similar technologies in order to work, to remember your preferences, and to measure how the site is used.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. If you do, the checkout or the booking page may not work properly.

9Email

We email you about your enquiry, a webinar you registered for, your consultation or a service you have bought: the webinar’s access link and reminder, booking confirmations, receipts and the next steps. If you subscribe to our emails, we also send you new guides and invitations to our webinars. Every one of these has a link to unsubscribe with one click, and you can also write to us to stop them.

10Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls, and providers who maintain their own security standards. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you.

11Children

Fondaco is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

12Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and we will tell you before a material change takes effect.
