Every structure we set up is different, and every one is built from parts we have set up before: companies, bank accounts, tax residency and visas, in countries we know, with firms we have worked with.

A 60-minute call for 549 € plus tax. It is just a call, with no commitment. If you go ahead, the 549 € is credited in full.

    Your structure, researched and written down.

    Many more hours of research into your situation, and a written plan of 30–50 pages. Companies, banking, residency, visas and passports for you, your family and your businesses, with the options side by side. We go through it with you over several calls.

Company formation, bookkeeping, banking, residency and visas: much of what a structure needs, we do ourselves. We are not on the ground in all 94 jurisdictions, so where a filing has to go through a local lawyer or accountant, one of our 100+ partners does it and we manage it.

IV — What we will not do

What we say no to.

Everything we plan is legal and compliant: structures, treaties and residency programmes used as they were written.

  • No grey areas

    If a structure needs a creative reading of the rules to work, we will not set it up, however much it would save.

  • Nothing that relies on nobody looking

    Banks in most countries report accounts to the country where their holder lives. Every structure we set up assumes someone will look, and is documented so it holds up when they do.

  • No promises about other people's decisions

    Registries, banks and immigration authorities decide for themselves. We prepare every application to give it the best chance and tell you what it depends on, never that it is certain.

  • Not a way to be resident nowhere

    Everything we set up has to hold up in the country where you actually live. If the aim is to pay no tax anywhere, we are the wrong firm.

You answer a few questions about your situation when you book. We analyse it before the call, go through every option that fits you on the call, and send you a written summary afterwards.

Do you have a preferred country?

No. We work in 94 jurisdictions, and what we recommend follows your situation. Sometimes the best answer is to stay where you are and change how you are set up.

Who actually does the work?

Much of it we do in-house. Where a filing has to go through a local lawyer or accountant, one of our 100+ partners does it and we manage it. Before you start, you see who works on each part and what it costs, and you can speak to any of them directly.

What does it cost?

The consultation is 549 € and the action plan 6,500 €, plus tax. Implementation is quoted from your plan as a fixed price before anything starts. What you pay for one level is credited toward the next.

Can you guarantee a bank account or a visa?

No one can. Banks, registries and immigration authorities make their own decisions. We prepare every application to give it the best chance, and tell you before you apply what it depends on.

Is all of this legal?

Yes. Everything we plan is legal and compliant: structures, treaties and residency programmes used as they were written, with the filings made by licensed professionals in the country concerned.

Do I have to use you to set it up?

No. The summary and the plan are yours, and your own accountant or lawyer can work from them. There is no retainer and no obligation to go further.
