When you already know what you need, these can be bought on their own, at a fixed price where there is one.
US LLC formation
A Wyoming LLC with its EIN, registered agent and a Wyoming address, every document delivered digitally.
ITIN application
Your US tax ID without an SSN: Form W-7 prepared for you, your passport verified by a Certifying Acceptance Agent, and the application filed with the IRS.
UAE freezone company
A company in a UAE freezone with its business licence, establishment card, share certificate and a virtual business address for year 1.
Cyprus company formation
A Cyprus company registered in about 10 business days, with its tax and VAT numbers, a registered office, and bookkeeping and payroll set up.
UK Ltd and LLP formation
A UK private limited company or LLP, registered with Companies House, with the registered office, HMRC registration and help opening a bank account.
Non-CMRA US address
A residential US address in Florida, in your name, with a signed lease. Not listed as a CMRA, for US bank accounts and payment processors.
Not on the list
Most of the work does not fit a fixed scope.
Holding structures and trusts, transfer pricing, tax residency, visas and residency permits. That goes into the action plan, and it can start with a call: 60 minutes, no commitment, and the 549 € is credited in full if you go further.
